Days 1 & 2
Day one: ate crap food, did diddly squat.
Day two: ate a LOT of crap, worked out and burned it all off.
Parents
Most kids fear that their parents are splitting up because of them, I fear that my parents are only staying together because of me.
Today So Far
Well, today I haven't exercised yet. Breakfast was sugar free jello (10cal) which I now know NOT to have jello in the car. It doesn't sit well. And I've got my coke zero (0cal) which I slowly drink throughout the day.
The good thing about coke zero, other than it has 0cal, is that it has that soda taste that doesn't leave you hungry and such. In fact, it almost completely takes away my hunger and cravings.
The Beginning of The Starting
Anyone else ever just feel so fat? Every second of everyday?
